Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Mumbai. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, managing budgets, and liaising with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities involve expediting tasks, overseeing inspections, and managing logistics to ensure seamless project execution.
Lead cross-functional implementation of tech platforms for PSUs, private corporate, brokers, distributors, and logistics firms
Interface with external IT partners to track feature development, QA, UAT, and release cycles. Create and manage project timelines, dependencies, risk assessments, and reports
Liaise with internal teams — founders, marketing, content, and insurance partners, to deliver coordinated outcomes
Keep customer experience at the core of every implementation
Manage stakeholder communications and documentation
Qualifications
- Experience in project management or operations in insurance/fintech/SaaS/PSU-facing sectors
- Strong grip on timelines, dependencies, and change management
- Excellent coordination, follow-through, and people skills
- Experience working in startup ecosystems or with enterprise clients
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
